Employees at the bottom level are not paid enough. Even those without technical skills should be compensated for their high levels of competence and loyalty to the company. Wages have not kept up with inflation and raises have not been given regularly enough.

4 day work week, unlimited pto. But more then that a higher wage would make me feel valued. Its easier to focus on work when I am not stressed about having enough money to pay rent, feed myself and my family and try to have some left over to rest and recuperate.
Salary ranges exist for a reason, it shouldn't be decades before reaching the maximum possible when the performance is good. The requirements of the health insurance do not fit my reality.

The work never ends and it is generally expected that one is available 7 days a week, through multiple time zones. Additionally, often more responsability is added to teams without an evaluation of the impact. Too much is placed on job codes and often that lacks flexabilty for managers.
FCC has made it very difficult to compensate adequately. This is a political problem as well as a reimbursement problem.

I know that many of our positions are paid at under-market prices when compared with similar positions in other companies. I DO derive great value from the company's work with the deaf and hard of hearing. I also greatly value the company's approach of hiring from within & developing current talent.

We haven't ever had an inflation increases, and the increases we have gotten by our performance have not matched that of inflation. I have seen this across the board.
