How's the leadership on the IT team at CDI?
The leadership on the IT team at CDI is easy to work with. They are approachable. They are not micro-managers. And they pretty much let you do your thing as long as you are getting your work done and taking care of the clients. My one complaint is that years to go by between actual reviews/raises.
