Holiday, we are all worked a lot during each holiday. Im part time and 4th of july had me full time hours for two months! Lots of work, hours, and experience.

My coworkers, the company's core values, and knowing that the company, at it's core cares about the employees.

I really enjoy helping out customers find what they're looking for. It's a big store with tons of options.

I love helping people find value at our site. I love seeing the customers happy. I like them to have a good experience so they will return with their family and friends.

All the focus is being as cheap as possible and that includes our wages.

Apply the same rules. Don't give PCs to one person but not the other people that are also doing the same thing wrong. Seems like they try to get rid of you right before you are fully vested.

Better carts more leads better opportunities

Unrealistic expectations from management that has no clue in what job entails and no interest in finding out. How about they take the time to find out.

They've had years to fix issues that plaque numerous stores. Bottom line is WinCo doesn't care about its employees. It's all about profit and how to cut corners to make managers huge bonuses while employees get crumbs.

The way that the employees treat and speak to customers needs to be improved. They are treated like a burden.

Need a more effectiive and productive upper management.

Full time is only guarantee of 34 hours. Low percentage of Employees are Fulltime. High Turnover rate and poor employee morale. Hard to get days off (plan on working most weekends and all holidays except Christmas) Need to have open availability, Schedule is All Over the Place

Quit hiring the young and the typical residents around the community. Search out older employees that have a good work standard and not on food stamps.

Having a hard time with work-life balance. My role could be performed at home part time, but the company does not allow WFH. Even working from home once a week would help.
