What do you like best about the leadership team?
The accessibility to speak to them, and they do not act or treat co-workers as if they are "above" or "better than" others in the company. They are respectful and caring about those who work in the company.

What leadership? My department manager is yelled at for a single box being empty on the floor. Upper management gets paid 100k while we get payed pennies and have our hours cut. They dont listen, nor care. They don't treat us as human beings.

They listen and help overcome obstacles
Have had real life conversations about stuff and they have been the most receptive to my needs and have helped tremendously. Couldn't ask for better store management.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The health insurance package is amazing. Great coverage, low deductible and super low premiums. The ESOP is another perk that if you look into it, it is an addition to your compensation.

What are some of the best things about your team?
We get things done. Meetings are short to the point and task oriented so we can get back to work and keep things moving forward. Everyone has the team attitude to work together.

High work ethic. Kind. Compassion. Thoughtful
We all agree on the issues, we work together for ourselves, not management. We understand when things dont work, and we support each other when management is cruel to us.

The employees try to make the best of the bad situation, we are there for the health insurance, ESOP, and because mostly we are unqualified to go anywhere else. Stick together and make the best of it

We are a team and work together to make the store operate great.
My coworkers are friendly and open.
Our coworkers. We care for each other, and back each other up. The work itself if physical and feels fulfilling. The customers are sometimes a bother but overall dont cause us issues.
What did you like most about the interview process?
Meeting the team with whom I would work with. They had tough but good questions. Transparency about the work and the department I would be working in.

Its not challenging, you probably dont need experience
Single interview, single interviewer. The process was open and direct.
I liked my experience interviewing with both of the managers that I have had at WinCo, however I did not like the fact that I was pressured into transferring by my current manager.

I liked my job before i went from 5days to 2 or 1 day. I liked foung what i was told and having a steady environment.
