STUDENT APPRECIATION, PRETTY SURROUNDINGS, EFFECTIVE SUPPORT STAFF

The ability to create and innovate and try new things.

Interaction with students and being surrounded by talented faculty.

That I have time off accumulated

Working with the students and helping them achieve their goals.

Working with intelligent, ambitious students.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Having a disability they tend to cut my hours and find a reason to get rid of me.

Have everyone follow all rules and regulations and hold them accountable if the rules are broken. A workplace is exactly that and not a place to make friends.
