delegating, if management delegated and clearly assigned tasks there would be less fighting between staff members and less avoidance of responsibilities. The employees currently adhere to an unofficial hierarchy they use against incoming employees who are treated as less deserving.

Needs better training and understanding on valuing its people, rather than viewing them as resources

They need to plan projects and drive to a successful conclusion. They are very scattered-brained and slow.

Transparency and recognizing employees. Leadership actions do not align with the unifying values and culture journey. These are all nice things to say but actions do not align.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I applied internally for a new shift time and asked for the minimum pay that was offered in the job posting. I was told they might not be able to justify a raise because I am still too new. I believe applying for a new position should include the pay offered.

Fair market wages across the board needs to be addressed

I oversee and do a lot of work that in other positrons would pay more and is not compatible with other roles.

My team is very selfish and entitled.

Unfortunately, we work in silos and little is shared across our department. Improving communication would be recommended.

Management does not delegate or diffuse disagreements. Management makes disagreements worse. Understaffing has led coworkers to fight about who has to take on extra tasks and management expects them to figure it out on their own. They don't.

Change its leadership and remove HR leaders

At our store there are too many people doing whatever they want and management allows it. Needs over all fairness

Have employees that actually care about the work and people and not about the paycheck.

Breakdown the silos and unnecessary hierarchy.

Having a disability they tend to cut my hours and find a reason to get rid of me.

Have everyone follow all rules and regulations and hold them accountable if the rules are broken. A workplace is exactly that and not a place to make friends.
