We do not have a micromanager

The unity between all of upper management

When your part of the USC community everyone works together to create an environment of respect.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Management does not delegate or diffuse disagreements. Management makes disagreements worse. Understaffing has led coworkers to fight about who has to take on extra tasks and management expects them to figure it out on their own. They don't.

Change its leadership and remove HR leaders

At our store there are too many people doing whatever they want and management allows it. Needs over all fairness

Have employees that actually care about the work and people and not about the paycheck.

Breakdown the silos and unnecessary hierarchy.
