For the job we do the pay is too low. We are a training ground for people who after 3-6 months experience go elsewhere for better pay

My team comes in everyday with the intent of improving members lives and doing what they can to make them better.

Communication has improved, and we have a fun, positive work environment that makes coming to work enjoyable.
