Vacation and sick time and volunteer hours
To make a living wage
NWPCU is a training facility and people leave for better pay
For the job we do the pay is too low. We are a training ground for people who after 3-6 months experience go elsewhere for better pay
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is excellent! We keep each other motivated and look out for each other.
Willing to help in a time of need.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Not to be in everyone?
Stop the interruptions and intruding

Treat employees equally and not gossip about everyone and everything

What did you like most about the interview process?
No complaints. It was a good vibe & the best interview i ever had
The HR person and the hiring manager made the interview fun, but they also fooled me because working here is anything but fun.
