What do you like best about the leadership team?
The transition to new leadership has been a positive experience. Their commitment to continuous improvement has helped strengthen many aspects of the organization and better support employees.

The Insurance and 401K match.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Vacation and sick time and volunteer hours
To make a living wage
NWPCU is a training facility and people leave for better pay
For the job we do the pay is too low. We are a training ground for people who after 3-6 months experience go elsewhere for better pay
What are some of the best things about your team?
Communication has improved, and we have a fun, positive work environment that makes coming to work enjoyable.
My team is excellent! We keep each other motivated and look out for each other.
Willing to help in a time of need.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Stop the interruptions and intruding

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The teamwork and getting everyone involved.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Better leadership and staff meetings.
Stop playing favorites. Treat others with respect.
Equal treatment of all employees
Treat employees equally and not gossip about everyone and everything
What did you like most about the interview process?
It was simple and more like a conversation.
I originally applied for one position, but I was offered a different role that turned out to be a much better fit for my skills and career growth.
No complaints. It was a good vibe & the best interview i ever had
The HR person and the hiring manager made the interview fun, but they also fooled me because working here is anything but fun.

Seeing the smiles on our members and employees faces. Knowing that what we do makes an impact in someone's life.
