What do you like best about the leadership team? They have lots of experience.
What did you like most about the interview process? The managers were friendly and understood that I have limitations on availability but still have value with a 12 hour window. I explained what I knew how to do and what I was not able to do. I was treated with respect and kindness
What makes you most happy at work? When customers are happy to understand how we operate
What's going wrong and how can it be improved? There isn't an understanding from consumers that what you get at a professional bakery is not the same as what you get at a grocery store. We do not have the training or the staff to do elaborate cakes. we try to make them desireable but we are limited in capabilities
What needs to change to make the company culture better?respect that not all departments make the same kind of sales. Bring back a crew that wants to succeed.!
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better? There is only one person in the department so asking about co workers makes no sense. When I do get the opportunity to work with someone we try out best to achieve a common goal. Hard to do when some people do not feel like it is worth the effort. Bring back a full staff .
