- What did you like most about the interview process?The managers were friendly and understood that I have limitations on availability but still have value with a 12 hour window. I explained what I knew how to do and what I was not able to do. I was treated with respect and kindness

- What's going wrong and how can it be improved?There isn't an understanding from consumers that what you get at a professional bakery is not the same as what you get at a grocery store. We do not have the training or the staff to do elaborate cakes. we try to make them desireable but we are limited in capabilities
- What needs to change to make the company culture better?respect that not all departments make the same kind of sales. Bring back a crew that wants to succeed.!
- What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?There is only one person in the department so asking about co workers makes no sense. When I do get the opportunity to work with someone we try out best to achieve a common goal. Hard to do when some people do not feel like it is worth the effort. Bring back a full staff .
