Team work and understanding each other
Our team is generally really positive. Everyone here cares immensely about the work they do, and how it effects both the caregivers and the clients. We all strive for one main goal and that is to get caregivers referred to clients so they can do what they love and earn a living wage.
We work constantly and steady and everyday

People need to show up on time , do not discriminate

Food! Any excuse for a pizza party, cupcakes or potluck lunch is always a fun way to get together during the work day. Semi annual happy hours are also a great way to celebrate our wins and hard work.
