Poor managerial structure, software works poorly, the calls are nonstop and yet you are expected to do other things in the space between calls that doesn't exist. The protocol for switching up schedules to meet the needs of the students to which they advertise this is a good job is obtuse and rigid

Communication, and training. Training is very minimal before you are thrown to the wolves.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The work is hard and you have to teach yourself a lot of it.
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
You get bounced around multiple zoom calls with about 6 different people. Making the online interview process more streamlined would help.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Very accepting of the queer community. Everyone is asked their pronouns and that may seem small but it adds a very accepting atmosphere
