- What's going wrong and how can it be improved?Many things, but it starts from the top to set a tone in a school. The amount of compliance paperwork that no one cares to look at but must be done yesterday is exhausting. The work load literally breaks people mentally and NONE of it is beneficial for the students. Absolutely none of it.
