What did you like most about the interview process?I had absolutely no experience, and the interview staff was relaxed and comfortable, and made me feel the same. The interview-to-hire process was very fast.
What makes you most happy at work?Working with students, coming up with fun activities.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?Many things, but it starts from the top to set a tone in a school. The amount of compliance paperwork that no one cares to look at but must be done yesterday is exhausting. The work load literally breaks people mentally and NONE of it is beneficial for the students. Absolutely none of it.
