Treating employees fairly to include pay.
Understanding the business at plant level
They need to take responsibility and lead by example and not be lazy.
Being able to get a 401K
all the benefits along with good work hours
Bonuses and salaries are great.
Insurance premiums are pretty affordable
This is agri-business so dont hold high expectation
If we recieved compensation and raises that were over inflation (actual raises). If you don't give raises over inflation your giving pay cuts.
Bad management only takes care of buddies
They make us work twelve hour shifts because the management has to call you on off days to pick up shift and then let you go when you speak up about it.
Pay for results not friends with regional director
They all work hard and we push one another
we accomplish our tasks in a timely manner but also clean up after ourselves and have the plant ready for the next shift
There is a lot of knowledge and willingness to help each other
What I enjoy the most about working at Ardent Mills is that everyone wants you to win and they will help you win in the right way to achieve your goals
The guys who actually run the machines and make the product and ship are great. The managers just focus on OEE and nothing else.

that we can all get along
Ardent Mills recognize that everyone is not the same, so they provide options for the environment you may work. If you have a position that allows you to work remote, you have the option to do hybrid, remote or be in the office 100% .
Safety is sometimes a valid concern.
Clear unneeded directors that are clueless to actual operations
Hire new leadership from within the company, not these guys off the street.

Very fair but not once you get hired
Try hiring employees that seem like they could actually do the job.
My coworkers and the skills I learn even though I learn them on my own.
Employees need to be paid fairly and upper management needs to be more involved in that rather than trying to pinch every single penny.
