I've worked for CH for nearly 4 years. This place was my end game, so signing on the dotted line was easy. I've never regretted my decision even on my worst day. I've made some amazing friends and this has been the best learning experience.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The energy we bring to our team every day keeps the positivity going. Celebrating and recognizing our team for all their efforts keeps them coming in every day.
What makes you most happy at work?
No two days are the same. I've been able to develop great relationships with our regular guests. Our team takes really good care of each other as well.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is on the same page. When we have opportunities, we do what we need to do to correct those opportunities to avoid letting them happen again. We're focused on making our location the best and we always have fun!
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The people I've encountered in our leadership team have been extremely personable. Although I do think they've forgotten what it's like to actually work a Saturday night in the restaurant, they're still awesome people. Paula will always be my favorite, but Pat R is a close second! :-)
