It started out great and I thought I was a great fit. I was promised to be a server a few months in but it has been several months now and havent heard anything else about it. There is also the fact that we have supervisors and managers playing favorites and paying them more.
What makes you most happy at work?
Seeing my coworkers and working well together to get through shifts with little trouble.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The most positive part of work is once again my coworkers and the sense of community I feel at work.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I liked that they actually let you sample food and sat you down and allowed and encouraged you to ask questions.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My coworkers understand that our management is not the best and we always support each other on our bad nights. My favorite coworkers I've ever worked with but management is making it difficult to work there.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
There is an absurd amount of favoritism and no matter how hard you work it is never good enough. Two prople make more then I do hourly because of their relationships with superiors which is not allowed in the first place. I have also been promised things that are never delivered.
