    For the amount of work we put in, the amount of face - time we get with our clients (companies), our education, commitment, all of the successes, saving contracts, dedication. If i had a bonus, raises, and higher salary.

    The leadership team needs to get better at advocating for the good/hard working employees and making sure they are taken care of.
  • What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
    Everyone needs to care more, but when we don't get paid fairly and it's the bottom of the barrel money, who would care.
