What makes you most happy at work? There are a lot of really wonderful, intelligent people who work hard.
What is the best part about your compensation package?the Part Time 401K Program is wonderful and it's a great match from the company.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation? For the amount of work we put in, the amount of face - time we get with our clients (companies), our education, commitment, all of the successes, saving contracts, dedication. If i had a bonus, raises, and higher salary.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?The leadership team needs to get better at advocating for the good/hard working employees and making sure they are taken care of.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?Everyone needs to care more, but when we don't get paid fairly and it's the bottom of the barrel money, who would care.
