If i had a bonus, raises, and higher salary.
- What does the leadership team need to get better at?The leadership team needs to get better at advocating for the good/hard working employees and making sure they are taken care of.
- What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?Everyone needs to care more, but when we don't get paid fairly and it's the bottom of the barrel money, who would care.
