- What do you like best about the leadership team?They care about employee values
- What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?Most people generally want to do their jobs well and collaborate with others. This may not always happen, but it's not the fault of individuals, generally.
- What are some of the best things about your team?For the most part, the people I work with are good, hard-working, and friendly. There are a number of pretty ineffective people, and some stuck points because people have been here forever and that's how it's always been done.

- What's going wrong and how can it be improved?This business model seems really dated overall, and I haven't seen a lot of interesting innovation. I do not think this business will last.
- What's going wrong and how can it be improved?Our customer service teams and technicians are undervalued, and our processes are cumbersome.
- Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?The bonus structure is needlessly complicated and often very difficult to tie back into my work. I doubt we'll even get a bonus this year, though that is certainly not due to any decisions I made or lack of follow through on my part.
