Always support each member in every situation
At least appear they care about their employees. Recognize employees strengths.
Bonus given by the company
very little chance for advancement. No recognition for work done. Far too many hours required to work. Nights and weekends expected
They don't recognize different experiences or backgrounds. For many their approach is not only the best but the only appproach
