What is the best part about your compensation package?

retirement and pension if you stay long enough

The Critical Care differential is great but I see why it is so high for the Main Campus. It is a great incentive to work there. It is the only incentive to work there.

Salary is good but the abuse is certainly not worth the compensation.

That it is matched by retirement

Decent PTO and other days off

The insurance coverage is very reasonable.
