What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Just continue to do what you are doing now. Plenty of room and needs for a new childrens hospital to come to Houston.

There are too many things to list in less than 300 characters.

Poor leadership; self-serving narcissistic CEO, whose lead other poor leaders follow. STOP ABUSING EMPLOYEES. DO SOMETHING TO FIX THIS

I have met up with patient families who utilized the hospital and they have mentioned how the level of service has declined.

The work itself is dull, and I find that the lack of help and delivery on promises upsetting. I personally think that if the managers can deliver on their promises and managed employees better on the malevolence towards each other, I'd feel much better about my experience at work.
