Organization and communication, they could also delegate projects better.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The compensation is very poor on the Hill.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Congressional staffers do not typically get paid equivalent to private sector employees, that is why many leave.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is great, but working on the Hill is a thankless job.

The environment isn't great. There really is no HR team.
