BD Compensation Employee Reviews

What is the best part about your compensation package?

Its very competitive compared to other companies

Posted 9 days ago

benafits aend matching compensation on many bemefits,

Total compensation package is competitive.

Overall benefits is great, stock could be a little more generous.

Health saving account employer contribution

The pension and insurance options.

Stock lti grants each year

The bonus is higher than previous companies

Good pay for my position

overall good benefits, reasonable vacation for US locations,

The retirement benefits, 401k, medical

Bonus part is great in CTC

High base pay, bonus typically overfunded. LTI grants are generous, even at lower pay grades.

Every part is best to me

It is all pretty good.

The best benifits that i expreinced ever(among the companie s that i worked)

Well paid and great benefits

Lots of insurance options to choose from.

Good compensation package and benefits

Work life balance when compared to pay

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Below national average pay, if you do a good job you are expected to pick up the slack for the underperformers

Pay is below market rates. Exceptional performance is not recognized.

Associates who work hard are rewarded by being allowed to do the work of missing or lazy associates. Better pay would help, short term. Maybe true performance based profit sharing. Hold EVERYONE accountable to the same standards.

Poor stock performance is directly related to the credibility of management with the street. Any time Tom P speaks, the stock goes down.

I am paid below market value due to being hired in at a low salary

Management doesn’t think what actually need to

There is no 401k matching since BD bought BARD. My salary isn't keeping up with current market inflation rates; in the last few months I am no longer able to put money in savings.

Compensation fails to keep up with inflation. Negotiating raises seems to fail time and time again.

Reinstate the compensation plan that we had in the past.

Restor the compensation that was in place prior to the Bard aquisition as well as the Benefits. Paying DOUBLE for benefits is not a statement that values associates.

Not enough incentives and remuneration to the job you are doing. Nobody works and excel if not motivated

Review from Customer Support Dept

Hourly rate is below what I'm used to and especially for the workload.

yearly performance rating can be lowered just to fit a predetermined curve not your actual performance rating

Review from Engineering Dept

Fair treatment is missing at work

To actually be paid a livable wage
