BD values diversity and inclusion. For the most part, this is achieved. There are offices around the globe which are highly intolerant of cultural differences. A great experience can easily sour if found in one of the lesser inclusive entities.

In offices that are diverse, inclusion is achieved. This enables a positive work environment.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The CEO drives company values home. Unfortunate, that this is not echoed throughout the leadership.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Compensation fails to keep up with inflation. Negotiating raises seems to fail time and time again.
What did you like most about the interview process?
There was not a correct answer to challenging questions. Rather it was a discussion to understand if mutual understanding was attainable and critical thinking was effect.
