So far, I feel the company is too political and while trying to show support for a certain area of people, they disregard or negatively impact another group.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
There is no 401k matching since BD bought BARD. My salary isn't keeping up with current market inflation rates; in the last few months I am no longer able to put money in savings.
