Accountability. They keep the slackers and push the hard workers into quitting
People management. Communication. Setting clear expectations.
Communication, drive, trustworthyness, competitivenesss, rewards
Treat everyone equal. Stop coddling lazy and incompetent associates. Hold everyone accountable and to the same standard. LISTEN to your associates.
Listening to the voices of the employees
Below national average pay, if you do a good job you are expected to pick up the slack for the underperformers
Pay is below market rates. Exceptional performance is not recognized.
Associates who work hard are rewarded by being allowed to do the work of missing or lazy associates. Better pay would help, short term. Maybe true performance based profit sharing. Hold EVERYONE accountable to the same standards.
Poor stock performance is directly related to the credibility of management with the street. Any time Tom P speaks, the stock goes down.
I am paid below market value due to being hired in at a low salary
Standards are very low to get in the door and expectations are not enforced
They need to do the job they are hired to do, to the standard they are expected to achieve.
My coworkers are dismissive and biased against recent grads as being incompetent. There is no communication on the team.
Understand their roles and work collaboratively across the touchpoints.
Collaborate, work toward shared goals and objectves vs. personal agenda.
People management and collaboration need improvement. Exceptional performance needs to be recognized.
'Good old boy" culture exists. If you are not in the club, you are belittled, mocked, and over looked, assuming you are lucky enough to be included.
Management and HR accountability. They do what benefits them and routinely single employees out and "mark" them as troublemakers.
Don't just SAY what needs to happen, but put rewards and consequences in place to ensure it.
A more Creative, Educated and Empathetic Leadership Team, which also includes HR
More diversity in the panel.
It would be great if everyone could leave their egos out of the process
Actually look at the resumes staff provide for you. Make it to interviews on time. Know what you are talking about during an interview. Do not interview someone and start with, you are not qualified but we're interviewing you anyway. That is rude!
Better quality employees A better HR system
Lack of respect and transparency towards customers.
Opportunities internally are not promoted within the team
Review from Customer Support Dept
Managers need to be consistent in work expectations and processes, follow through with mantra of "work life-balance", offer comp days as compensation for days when we work 15-17 hours, be more appreciative of us, superiors need to talk to team members, be friendly, don't assume the worst...trust us
Worst company I have ever worked for. Staff are treated like garbage, and managers have no clue how machines work. Make your managers run the machines, make them experience the day to day on the floor to understand what needs to be improved.
