Review from Sales Dept

My co workers are fun to work with

Review from Customer Success Dept

Interacting and helping our members but so much is changed in the last year and a half two years and not for the better

Completing tasks and getting product out.

Review from Operations Dept

the way the managers treat the employees very good

Review from Sales Dept

Satisfaction of the customers and sometimes positive feedback.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Managers need to hear employees and help with their needs and concerns

Review from Sales Dept

Just listen to your employee they r the ones who know

Everything is wrong from scheduling to managment

No communication. And no honesty

Not enough help to properly help members. Team members are living paycheck to paycheck. Not covering call outs to save on payroll. Excessive corporate spending and waste. Grossly overpaid executives.

Workers are overworked so much that it honestly reflects back onto the customers. I've heard countless people saying how the service is better at the other competing wholesale club and this is pretty much the reason.

Review from Product Dept

Enough staff and management help out when needed

Customer care, faith in long term employees and better and consistant traing of new emoloyees

Review from Customer Support Dept

Sometimes the way we do specials and we don't have the product we are advertising since each club is different and it falls back on us to ensure what we and don't have. Also the lack of workers has hit this part of the store more and more which slows production in areas that need more support.

Too late for improvement. All their best people are leaving

BJ’S does not go the extra mile to help its members. They seem to thrive on the fact that nothing can be done to assist the membe

they need to realize people on the exit door need to check everyone's cart, they aren't special, and not to bring in say a backpack if they don't want it looked at

No workers, unreasonable expectations and unreasonable mgmt.

Make sure employees get paid when missing pay is addressed.

ask the managers that have head in the sand and see what is really going on and not what they think is happening

Even the customers say the food is cold , raw or over cooked / burnt all types of issues . Or that the male workers dont wash their hands properly , servers are rude/ not knowledgeable of drinks or certain food items / sales. Proper training can change all of that

They have employees in postions they are not quiliffied for

Review from Sales Dept

I can only say corporate greed and a lack of real vision and to see what's really going on. They refuse to listen to those in the trenches.

Lots of good people lost their jobs unnecessarily while the top dogs stayed safe at home and got rich. New management who appreciate and treat their employees with respect and fair pay would be helpful.

Review from Sales Dept

More people need to be hired. The management needs to be on the same page with each other when it comes to barking orders. Cannot send one person in 3 different directions to do the jobs of multiple people at the same time. Cannot ROLL THEIR EYES and scoff when they hear one actually took a break

Review from Operations Dept

What do you like best about your company?

The people

What would you most like to see improved at your company?

really more hiring of individuals with disabilities

Better benefits
