Gm, ceo, and others are destroying company, what the world valued it for like body styles and parts that had the best with good wage and time with family, created an area for people rid the worrys and think of better creative ways. And fast ways. Like tools for job and maint expanding ideas

Stop being so judgemental and picking on the less fortunate.

There are so many different personalities and everyone has a sense of entitlement so i dont teally know.

Senior leadership needs to address the functions issues and know its not going away, just the good people are and therefore step in and have an intervention.Ask the non leads how it is and whats been happening.

Very laid back and very though

Interviewing with multiple people in separate sessions made the interview personal. I have done interviews infront of a panel which does not feel personal.

It was too long ago to remember but back then I'd say being a 3rd generation auto worker may have had an advantage.

It was a joke now that I look back on it. They told me everything I wanted to hear. I fell for it hook line and sinker, I was young and had a new family to take care of. I don't think they are capable of improving they need to be truthful.

My current job is relaxed but it took many years to get here, but it does gets fast paced if everything is happening at once.

90% of managers are cronies that are operating out of their league. I'm not sure how to fix the problem if the people that are responsible for fixing the problem are also cronies.
