We have several bonus, one is yearly and goes to the whole company, other one is the distribution of the profit, and its way better than other similar companies, and also all compensations are above the law

i was a senior management role but looking forward to regain management and strategic role

Conditions are generally getting worse as they drop to a lowest common standard of competitors rather than raising the bar and challenging them.

The benefits are good but total compensation doesn’t match the value you give to the organization through work and tim

They should recognize the employee and have to pay benifits.

There can be more benefits such as Car allowance, more bonus % for performers!

Invest training. Like covering college tuition on higher learning. More paid leave other than maternity leave. Single people shouldn't be left out from paid leave programs just bc they don't have children. However providing paid leave to care for sick relatives
