From day one, I have felt supported and excited. The team chemistry is wonderful. I feel really thankful for my boss and friends. We have a great group, and I feel like my job adds to my happiness overall instead of creating stress or taking away from it. APFM cares about its employees and it shows.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Our team feels like a family. They are understanding, helpful, and really care about one another as humans and not just coworkers.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I love that we have floating holidays and HSA options, as well as dental, vision, etc. There is a lot of coverage to help with medical needs.
What makes you most happy at work?
I really enjoy the people I work with as well as the work I do. It feels good to know that what I do makes an impact and educates families.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I think they set a really great example for employees and work to include everyone. I think that is ultimately what I love the most -- the inclusiveness. They make me feel like my voice matters, and I love the informative meetings they host to keep us involved and informed about the company.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I feel like our company really values our safety and personal opinions. We are not forced to do anything we don't feel comfortable with. Instead, we are listened to, and respected. It is honestly a breath of fresh air to work at APFM. I have nothing but good things to say about my team and culture.
