As a fairly new employee (June 2020 hire) the introduction to the company, my traiing, to where I am today has been a great experience. As a 35+ career professional this has been the best onboarding experience. I look forward to the career opportunities A Place for Mom will offer.

June 2021 is when I came to the company and so far the training has been great, and being a part of such a valuable family help source is wonderful.

Work from home and flexible work schedule.

All most everyone wants to help and be a team player.

Achieving my day/month goals, hearing positive feedback, and of course constructive criticism when needed.

We all strive to be successful and make our team the best in the company.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The most positive about the culture and environment is the ability to work from home, be trusted to do my job, and the hours are flexible meaning is it not a rigid 8-5 Monday through Friday work week.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The Town Hall meetings are informative and I appreciate the opportunity to hear from our CEO and the executive team. Also a recent survey was sent asking for employee feedback, and the CEO wants to create a great work environment for employees with a focus on employee retention.

The ability to hear from them in the Town Hall meetings, and that a survey was sent out to provide employee feedback. You ask if the leadership team is doing what they can to retain me....they are making decisions that will impact my career in a positive way but I never speak with them.
