For the most part very positive. Some of the expectations seem unrealistic and the dial volume being a constant focus when folks would rather email and text is frustrating. We don't get any credit for text or email responses - only calls. Systems seem to go down frequently or run slow.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Auto-generated emails and texts are being sent to our leads without our knowledge and it makes us look incompetent because we may have just spoken to them. Several have asked me. "Do you still need an update since we just spoke?" Changes are being made too quickly and not communicated well.
