What are some of the best things about your team?
My team at APFM is absolutely incredible. Each team member I work closely with is creative, empathetic, and forward-thinking. We also make time to have fun together and learn about each other as people, which shows through in all of our work.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
The leadership team needs to communicate their goals to each department and make overall strategy clearer. They also need to take a more active role in understanding each level/component of the business -- it is clear they don't try to learn about what some teams do.
