Everyone on my team is smart, eager to learn, and is not afraid to dig in and work to solve tough problems.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I feel my leadership genuinely cares about me as a person, and they regularly check in to see how they can support me in meeting my goals. They are always willing to take time to answer questions and encourage me to think outside of the norm.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
When I joined APFM I immediately was being paid 40% above what I was making in a similar role at my previous job. This alone was a huge windfall for me and my family, and showed me there are companies who will actually invest in their workforce.
