Speaking of my direct manager, I love that he lives the flexible schedule he promotes. I also love that he believes in hiring amazing people and fitting jobs to them, not the other way around.

All of my direct reports are empathetic and are quality focused. They believe in the company mission and really do strive to provide the best experience for our customers. Most of the time, when you hear this claim, it feels canned. I feel nothing but sincerity from the people around me.
