Everyone supports each other, whether they're an editor or a writer. This is a strong team of knowledgeable, willing, compassionate people.
What makes you most happy at work?
Working from home as a single person, my afternoons are often very quiet and somewhat lackluster. The highlight of my day is always getting to chat with a coworker. Whether over zoom or slack, that interaction boosts my spirits a lot.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Our team has a good amount of diversity. We have athletes, artists, writers, bikers, runners, musicians, different cultural backgrounds, parents, college grads... all kinds of things. And management is hugely supportive of that and our work/life balance and flexibility. That means a lot to me.
