I really enjoy working from home. I feel like everyone enjoys this perk without taking advantage of it.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
There's actually a lot more that I wish we had. I feel like there's no bonuses or incentives and I wish there were.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Tatyana makes an effort to get to know us... she always responds to details shared for the highlighted employees in people pets and pastimes emails. Don't really know the rest, but that's okay.
