Everyone is very diverse and interesting. I love the different personalities and working together to help others.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Our Leadership Team is always forward thinking and place an emphasis on growth and advancement. They are always looking to improve at ways to retain employees. I feel they have an open door policy and are very approachable.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I enjoy being in control of my income. The harder I work the more bonuses and commission I make. There is no limit to my income. This year I have earned over $1,000 in Amazon gift cards, in bonuses.
