Overall I have enjoyed working here and really believe in the true mission of the company. I feel like departments are very siloed which causes chaos and it makes us look unprofessional at times. I also feel new employees have been promoted faster than existing employees with no explanation.

The monthly meetings we have to stay in the loop.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They always check in on me to see how I am doing and to make sure if I am having a bad day they give me extra encouragement.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
I think the workload at times in unrealistic. The metrics are unrealistic and instead of focusing on what's important I feel like we are just checking boxes to make sure the metrics are done but there is so much more to the role.
