What are some of the best things about your team?

My immediate team actually has a work ethic which is exceedingly rare these days. We're cohesive. Put it in front of us and we will get it done.

What is the best part about your compensation package?

It's all stellar, there is no best part. Fortunately I hired in before they cut starting pay way back and went to "merit" raises. Benefits here can not be faulted in my opinion.

What makes you most happy at work?

When I get to actually leave at the end of my shift rather than find out half an hour before quitting time that I'm being forced (don't you love that word?) to work another 4 hours.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Our senior management team needs to stop living in the past. We are not the premier employer in town any more. New hires can no longer be expected to be lifers. Benefits no longer attract. Culture does. No one wants to live to work as we do. They need to start truly listening and caring.
