My experience has left s lot to be desired. Your division, larger team, and immediate management will make a huge difference. Culture in my division is hurting... Low motivation due to lack if transparency. Pay and merit raises are not where they should be. On the positive side, benefits are good.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Transparency. Growing talent. They slso need to breakdown silos.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone is very company positive. I enjoy working with colleagues in my extended team. They are intelligent, hard-working, and friendly.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I have consistently contributed across multiple teams, beyond expectations, and do more and higher quality work than colleagues. But am paid less. HR does s horrendous job "pricing" packages for jobs they gave no understanding of; similar jobs can end up in very different grades/ranges.
