What does the leadership team need to get better at?
The leadership team is here to guide and develop the company, not dictate orders from on high. Innovation doesn't come from the top down, but from collaboration.
What did you like most about the interview process?
There was a hands on component that I was expected to prepare for in advance. Being allowed to craft a presentation and then deliver it, was much more engaging than question and answer sessions.
