All teams are different and diverse but that allows for inclusion and there are always some connection that can draw people together.
What makes you most happy at work?
I really like the time of day when I leave. I often feel that a weight has been lifted off my shoulders.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Depending on your level but a lot of opportunities to earn. Salary, variable (goal based) comp, fabulous stock 401(k) purchase plan, cash profit sharing (for some) and LTI grants.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
An improved consistency on what is said aloud vs what directed to do behind closed doors. Very much a superficial verner that is transparent to most. Leadership doesn't do a good job of 'masking' this fake facade. Just be more honest and reduce this persona.
