What did you like most about the interview process?
The interview was very professional yet personable. I was able to tell that it was going well and whether or not I would like working with that person.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I am still a contractor after being here 1 1/2years. The initial conversation during my interview, the expected contract was 6 months and then transition to full time. I am without the benefits my family needs and my peers have, yet I show up every day and go above and beyond.
