What is the best part about your compensation package?

It is fair. The company offer great working options for flexibility - wholly supportive of work and life balance.

Unlimited time off and 100% paid medical with HSA kicker for employee only coverage. And short term disability is covered 100% by the company as well.

It was always inline with market comparisons for my role, but that it is also reviewed and raised based on my performance and any market changes is fantastic. The other things that add to it, such as the office setup and environment, just make it all the sweeter.

Quarterly management by objective bonuses to drive better performance and to align with consistent goal setting

It's comparable to the market and the leadership team is generally open to hearing feedback regarding compensation.

Except for the comparison between the companies out there, I think my compensation is fair within the organisation

There are opportunities to spend on self learning.

The package is excellent and compensates the work i do at Accelo adequately.

That my performance is consistently evaluated and meaningful feedback is provided to help me improve along with continual acknowledgment where I'm doing well and improving my compensation package when I've met / exceeded my expectations.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

While a wonderful place to work, salaries in tech have increased dramatically in recent years, while Accelo has struggled to keep up. This can make it difficult to hire and retain talent.

Provide a more comparable rate to the market

I would feel better about my compensation if we got to do more as a team or received gifts that showed the company appreciates us. Whether that's going out for drinks on the Accelo bar tab or receiving care packages in lockdown, a little goes a long way.
