What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team are in the trenches with their employees - at Accelo the company co-founders sit amongst their employees, this is unheard of! Approachable and supportive & human!
The leadership team is caring and approachable, casual and down to earth.
The care and passion they show for the company and it's people. They are always approachable and willing to listen to any concerns or idea's you may have. And they are all genuinely friendly and compassionate people

What is the best part about your compensation package?
It is fair. The company offer great working options for flexibility - wholly supportive of work and life balance.
Unlimited time off and 100% paid medical with HSA kicker for employee only coverage. And short term disability is covered 100% by the company as well.
It was always inline with market comparisons for my role, but that it is also reviewed and raised based on my performance and any market changes is fantastic. The other things that add to it, such as the office setup and environment, just make it all the sweeter.
Quarterly management by objective bonuses to drive better performance and to align with consistent goal setting
It's comparable to the market and the leadership team is generally open to hearing feedback regarding compensation.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Environment is fun and colourful! The culture is accepting and successful.
There's no drama. It's a drama free zone. I have worked in toxic cultures and this is the exact opposite. It's supportive and inclusive and caring.
The care everyone shows for each other both in terms of career & personal lives. Their is genuine passion to improve and succeed, but also live a balanced life.

Your team are considered friends rather than coworkers; everyone interacts and enjoys themselves outside of work, and that bond continues throughout the work day.
What did you like most about the interview process?
Every step was genuine - they were fair and kind. The process was fast and I was updated every step of the way.
It was very casual and friendly - and a great way to get to know the team and culture.
I got to talk to the CEO and the process flowed well. Interviews were scheduled as quickly as I could accommodate them. Although there were several, each was meaningful and I got to interact with most of the team before an offer was made.
That I got to speak to a few different people over a couple interviews and then also had the opportunity to meet the team. It gave you a real feel for what the company was like, and reaffirmed that I was going for a position at the right company.

My colleagues and the office - its interactive and fun!

Knowing that I am making a difference to the company, through the work I do and the interactions I have. Getting to work with some truly amazing people and on an incredible product. For the first time in my career I actually look forward to Mondays, the same way I look forward to the weekend
