Rude assistant managers and employees
Prices are very high compared to competitors. Do everything you can to encourage them to come for good service. Don't tell at employees so loud it can be heard through the store so clients leave immediately. Honor written return policies instead of being lazy refusing to help resolve issues.
The ownership is uninterested. Third generation inheritance...
There is an unfairness throughout the store. A manager should not get away with doing less than minimal work.

More pay less stress better management
The staff, they need to be removed
there is favoritism amongst the management and unprofessional behavior. we are talked down to and made to feel that we are stupid sometimes . when we have concerns or questions nothing is ever resolved
Supervisors and Managers need to stop trying to be everyone's best friend and put their foot down when people continue to call in, show up late 15-20 minutes. Stop picking favorites and treat everyone equal. Communication needs to be better all the way around!
