Accountability moslty. Some who are the gm favorites dont have to pull their weight. Which affects the whole team. Makes the whole team concept seem like bull.
Different store management the current manager is rude disrespectful always looking for something to complain about comes in with a bad attitude just brings everyone down and has caused 4 different good employees to quit or resign because they can't stand being around her anymore.

It has improved since ive been hired.
They are so desperate for people they hire anyone. They have no idea how to read people. They don't ask them reltable questions to even see if they are qualified for the job

Prices are very high compared to competitors. Do everything you can to encourage them to come for good service. Don't tell at employees so loud it can be heard through the store so clients leave immediately. Honor written return policies instead of being lazy refusing to help resolve issues.

There is an unfairness throughout the store. A manager should not get away with doing less than minimal work.
