In my experience, it is extremely uncommon in today's business environment to find a member of Ace Management or the corporate leadership team who is not dedicated to the company's vision and mission.

Dental is included in my comp package
I like that they NOW offer some dental, vision, and insurance options

The quality of the majorty of my fellow team members are great and enjoyable thats why i decided to come work again for the 2nd time at this location and since my time of coming back here to work again its been a very unhealtht work environment and not a lot of our employees enjoy how things are ran
They are great ti work with, fast, and very friendly.

We focus on pleasing our customers
Here at Ace, we genuinely feel like a family. The energy that permeates our corporate team is difficult to measure, but I sense it every day.
The people that they hire are majority good not a lot to complain about and thats really the onky thign positive about it

What did you like most about the interview process?
The store manager and his positevety
After explaining the interview procedure and what to expect, the interviewer helped me relax and feel at ease.
It was respectable and had a promsie to move up but now i dont see that anymore
That was many years ago and nothing is the same. but it is obvious that floor supervisor qualifications are a short bar.
